DeepOnion Code Rebase Proposal in VoteCentral
This proposal is to modernize the DeepOnion codebase to include the latest features and BIPs from Bitcoin.
The code rebase will allow us to have segwit and a deterministic wallet, thus allowing us to integrate with and get support from Hardware Wallets
