Las condiciones de voto:

• Para los participantes la suma mínima del voto por cualquieras monedas es 1 STH.

• La suma mínima para la salida de la moneda a TOP-3 de los vencedores 25000 STH.

• Si durante 3 meses la moneda no fue incluida en TOP-3, se desembolsa a todos, que votaron.
  La suma mandada en el proceso de voto a adición de la moneda en la bolsa de comercio, se desembolsa al bolsillo del participante, que ha votado a TOP-3 del ganador de la ronda corriente.
  La suma se desembolsa con la comisión de la red SmartHoldem, que equivale a 0,5 STH por transacción.
  Los resultados del voto se realizan cada primer y el décimoquinto día de cada mes según UTC+1.

El procedimiento de voto:

1. Llenar el impreso de adición de la moneda para participaciòn en el voto Xbts exchange y la dirección, que participe en blockchain voto, se adjudicará automáticamente a su moneda. Por favor, ponga su atención! Solo bifurcaciones de estas criptodivias participan en el voto: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Ethereum tokens, Waves tokens, NovaCoin, Peercoin. Si por cualquieras causas la base de código de su criptodivisa no corresponde a ninguna de las bases de código, indicadas en la solicitación del voto, llene el impreso estándar de listado https://xbts.io/add-coin.html!
2. El dirección del voto está indicado para su criptodivisa en la lista de los candidatos votantes. Puede votar de SmartHoldem Wallet https://github.com/smartholdem/smartholdem-wallet/releases/latest o de su cuenta XBTS https://ex.xbts.io/?r=xbtsx o BitShares https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/?r=xbtsx.
3. Después de envio del impreso la moneda empieza a participar en el voto. Puede enviar sus votos STH al domicilio señalado. Estamos seguro de que su moneda será incluida en TOP3 de vencedores en la lista de candidatos de voto y ganará el listado grátis en 2 DEX bolsas de comercio.
4. Hay dos modos de recibir STH:
   Puede adquirir las monedas STH en bolsas de comercio XBTS y BitShares

Условия голосования:
Для участников минимальная сумма голоса за любые монеты - 500 STH
Минимальная сумма для выхода монеты в топ - 3 победителей 1500000 STH.
Если в течение 3 месяцев монета не вышла в ТОП3, монеты возвращаются обратно всем, кто голосовал.

По поводу сроков указанных на форуме... Сегодня утром 64 ноды не одобрили обновление, оставшиеся, которые приняли получили бОльшую нагрузку, за что получили блокировки от провайдеров. Сейчас идёт процесс восстановления сети. Утреннее решение делегатов, говорит о том, что решение Принято. Мы указали сроки для принятия решения, Однако, для решения большинства потребовалось Меньше времени.... Чтобы продолжать работу, медлить тоже было нельзя. Если у вас есть пожелания, как в будущем вы хотите проводить голосование, пожалуйста сообщите. Тоже стараемся, чтобы всем было комфортно работать

В блокчейне нет централизованной власти, которая принимает решения, для их принятия используются алгоритмы консенсуса. В нашем случае DpoS, преимущества которого высокая скорость обработки данных и отличная масштабируемость сети.

Работоспособность системы зависит от активности ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЕЙ и их ВЫБОРА. Первый выбор консенсуса и голосование SmartHoldem показало, какой путь выбрало сообщество.

Поздравляем с началом второй эпохи. Ограниченная Эмиссия сохранится. Проследить её вы можете в прикреплённом графике.

Делегаты, которые голосовали за остановку эмиссии набрали меньше голосов. Всех делегатов, проголосовавших за отмену эмиссии, просим обновить ноды.

Будущие голосования о выборе консенсуса :

• Будут проводиться в закрытой группе Telegram
• Делегаты обязаны будут подтвердить владение нодой, отправив минимальную транзакцию с адреса ноды на адрес Эскроу.
• Обновления будут проходить в строго указанное время, выбранное делегатами.

Такие меры помогут скорректировать и синхронизировать действия делегатов.

Спешим сообщить, Эмиссия с 3 075 600 блока прекратится и будет равна нулю.

С момента старта сети, эмиссия в блокчейн SmartHoldem ограничена до 3 075600 блока, в размере 6 000 000 монет.

Необходимость эмиссии была обусловлена обеспечением вознаграждений держателям Нод и поощрения развития и укрепления сети на старте платформы.

Обновление делегативных нод А до блока 3 075 600 исключает эмиссию монет и дополнительное вознаграждение держателям полных узлов. При обновлении нод большинством делегатов, активируется алгоритм при котором ноды продолжат получать вознаграждения исключительно от транзакций сети, сервисов/игр доступных на платформе.

Обновление выполняется в обычном режиме sh update.sh

В случае непринятия обновления большинством делегатов, минимальная эмиссия монет в год сохранится.

После обновления, чтобы получать вознаграждение за работу делегата в том же обьеме, на данный момент, достаточно 20 транзакции в блоке, так как комиссия делегата за подпись 1 транзакции составляет 0.1 STH. Чем больше транзакции тем выше вознаграждение. По графику запуска игр и сервисов, количество транзаций в сети будет только расти.
